• Payment must be completed at the time of placing an order. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

• An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from Annapurna Story.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to inaccuracies, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• As pieces are made to order, cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
